Project Mission
The mission of the Open Achievement Project is to serve as an open platform where research & development Initiatives can be conducted for the purposes of constructing strategic distinctions & step-by-step formulas for predictable advancement of individual & group achievement. It is the objective of each Project Initiative to continuously develop human achievement strategies relative to the Initiative’s unique purpose that can produce further results according to the macro performance metrics of initiation points, rate of success, predictability of success, and ultimate capacity.
Macro Performance Metrics
Initiation Points – Base assumptions at the points of initiating a strategy.
– Example: A certain strategy might assume that a person start with $1,000 capital, the ability to establish a website & make phone calls to others about an opportunity.
Rate of Success – What results a strategy is able to produce within a certain period of time, relative to the position of accomplishment.
– Example: A certain strategy might be capable of producing 10 people per month taking the action you desire within the first year and 100 people per month taking the action you desire within the second year, assuming the first year’s target was achieved.
Predictability of Success – The odds of certain results occurring at a specific position of implementing a strategy.
– Example: A certain strategy might have a 65% chance of success at producing a 10X gain within one year but a 90% chance of success at producing a 7X gain within that same one year.
Ultimate Capacity – What a strategy is effectively applicable for producing in area of focus & yield of results.
– Example: A certain strategy is likely to at most increase the quality of one’s relationships by a factor of 2X within the first year.
Friendship – Get involved with our initial Project Initiative about creating world class friendships.
